Advanced canyoning

Keen to try some new canyoning techniques, or to launch into something a bit more epic? 

Exact trip is going to depend on signups and the weather, but rough plan if everything lines up is to do some rigging practice on Friday afternoon, camp at Olivers Road Friday night then head off crack of ungodly o'clock Saturday morning for a descent of something bigger.

Saturday is not a beginner canyon. 🤞 will be soon doing a big day that includes abseiling a 90m waterfall. So even if you've canyoned before it might not be the trip for you. Message Nicko if you're interested to discuss.

For anyone interested in hanging around another night for something slightly more chilled Sunday, co-leaders are most welcome for the Dove canyoning day.

We can probably have a lot more people for rigging Friday (likely in Phoenix) than Saturday,  so if you're just wanting to upskill and build towards bigger canyons you're welcome to coordinate joining for that session.

There'll be $10 charge to cover all the wear and tear on ropes and other club canyoning gear
