Henty River

Follwing the recent postponement of the raft guide course I am looking to run an intermediate rafting trip over the same weekend.

Plan:

We will meet at the rafting sheds at 1730 on Friday before leaving and heading up to Zeehan and coordinating the car shuttle down to Trial Harbour

We will raft down the Little Henty River before camping at Trial Harbour once completed

We will return home on Sunday morning with the aim to be back to Hobart early in the afternoon

People will need to be self sufficent with food and camping equipment. We will aim to coordinate carpooling on Friday.

Priority sign-up will be for those who had previously signed up to the guides course, then to those who have previously paddled on other trips this year.

Trip will be limited to 12 participants.

This trip is pending rain, back-up will ideally be the North Esk, again, pending rain.
